Free E-Delivery for Case Management Statements

Effective June 1, 2010, to expedite the filing and judicial review of Civil Case Management Statements, the court is offering a new, free service. You can email your Civil Case Management Statement to the court at the following address: EDelivery@alameda.courts.ca.gov.

Your statement can be in Word or PDF format. You can use the fillable CM-110 on the Judicial Council website. The CM-110 does not require a signature. CM-110 is mandatory for all cases other than Complex Litigation cases. Your statement can be up to 5 MB in size.

If you scan your statement, specific settings will vary by scanner, but as a general guideline, set the scanner as follows:

Document Type Black/White Document
Output Resolution: 300 dpi
Output Format: pdf

Your statement will be reviewed, and if acceptable for filing, will be available for viewing on DomainWeb by the end of the next business day. If you do not see it, please email the E-Delivery staff at the above address. Please note this service is limited to Civil Case Management Statements only.
