Alternative Dispute ResolutionMessage from the Communications Chair, Daniela LunguOver the last few years, the ADR Section Executive Committee has been working hard to make the section more dynamic and relevant to you, our members. We have scheduled regular MCLE events on topics related to the practice of ADR, as well as working with the ADR Panel of the Superior Court of California, County of Alameda on the launch of its referral system. We have made significant progress, but we need your feedback to ensure the section is serving your needs. We especially welcome your feedback on our newly redesigned webpage. The webpage includes current news from the section, upcoming MCLE events, links to articles and other resources of interest to ADR providers, as well as information about your Executive Committee members. We also want to hear your comments, suggestions for MCLE events, and information about ADR events in surrounding counties. Are you an expert in your field? Do you have an article on a topic that you think might be of interest to other members? Please send them to us! And, please check back frequently, as the webpage is constantly being updated. You can contact me at (925) 558-2710 or lungu@lungulaw.com. I appreciate your participation in the ADR Section, and I look forward to hearing your thoughts about our webpage. Sincerely, Daniela LunguADR Communications Chair About the SectionThe Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Section promotes litigation alternatives by providing a forum for information-exchange and discussion, and serving as a liaison with the judiciary.
